Why don’t some balls move?

Answer

You will notice that many Zaxxoids and balls will not roll when you flip the gates of the cell they are in. That is because these balls or Zaxxoids are “locked.” You will notice a small peg near the center of the opening for a cell containing a locked ball. This peg prevents the ball from rolling regardless of which way the gate is flipped.

Once the locked ball is destroyed, the peg will retract into the playing field so that other balls can roll out of the cell as usual.
