Born on the first day of the first month in one of the most interesting years in
our country’s history,
William Jacobson spent his formative years linearly increasing in height and girth
in a small town on the
outskirts of the state capital in the backwoods of southern Wisconsin.
Before joining ZenSoft, William was a member of a critically acclaimed stage
production group,
performing the role of the villain in Caught in the Villain’s Web and of Bill
Sikes in the musical
Oliver.
After the shows’ successful runs, William left the theatre behind and attended
the University of
Wisconsin–Madison, where, after
a brief stint in ballroom dance, he double-majored in
Electrical and Computer Engineering and
Computer Science.
But not even two degrees were enough for young William; he followed these with an
MBA
and an
MS
in Information Managmeent from
Arizona
State University.
Luckily for humanity, however, he decided to use his newfound degrees for good and
not evil. He
currently resides in sunny North Carolina with his family.
William has materially participated in every ZenSoft release since 1995.
His recent projects include
the level design for Zaxxoids.
